I want to lose as much abdominal fat as possible. What would be some good methods I could start to do to achieve this? I know eating a proper diet will assist but what are some good exercises I can do aswell ?
In order to loose stomach fat - you just need to keep loosing body fat overall.
We all store body fat differently. It's genetics. My stomach is my trouble area as well. I get lean everywhere before my stomach starts to get lean. It's frustrating but it's just life.
