Best way to get ass muscles

So I been recently forced to ride my bike to my school and gym and its been alright. Today was my first day to school and its 3 ways one way. Both ways was fine but about 10 minutes ago when I went to ride to the gym my ass was sore as fuck! I got no ass muscle for padding! What is the best way to make me comfortable?
 
i have a hard time focusing on the gluts when doing squats and leg press.. but man some heavy lunges kick my ass.. im sure ill be getting alot of shit for saying it... but meh bring it!
 
To get "ass muscles" squat. Squat heavy with true form, Ass to the Ground squats.

But ass muscles (or lack there of) is not the reason your ass is sore from riding the bike. It is simply muscle conditioning, the muscles are not conditioned to the work you are making them do (the same reason you are sore when people do those one body part/ week splits), ride the bike more often and your ass won't be sore any more.

The gel seat will help your ass and more importantly your balls in the long run, lol

Yeah main concern are the balls, a man without "cojones", isn't!

Then squats, deads stuff like that, will help get the much sought after ass that girls love to watch and touch, yes I said that and it's true, first round I did 5x5 for squats it was on my highschool summer vacations, when I was back to school every girl I knew was asking how the fuck I got such a nice ass over the summer, and I said "Squats baby!!!"

Well thanks for all the tips. ATG squats? Just so I know the form can anyone post a proper youtube video?

Then, post a video of yourself doing squats and let us tell you if your form is good, or if you need any corrections.

I still go back and read that "article" from time to time, just to remind myself what I am supposed to be doing when I am squatting.

I know it looks like a long articel, but it only takes a few minutes to read (and I am a slow reader). You will learn more from reading that post than watching a video.
 
ATG's are murder on my lower back and knees...what am i doing incorrectly? :worried:

Post a video of yourself and we can try and help.

Proper below parallel squats should not hurt your back or knees, even when lifting heavy PR weight.

Read the above write up on squats, see if you are doing theings the way it's described in there.

Also I used to have knee pain when squatting. Someone told me it could be tight hamstrings. Ever since then i make sure I stretch my hams very good before doing squats and no more knee pain.

Can you touch the ground with your feet together, lggs straight?
