No more boring ass walking for an hour-its sprints for me baby and the fat comes off faster and the muscle stays on easier. Im a lifelong closet meso living in an endomorph body and my physique was changed radically when I started using sprints and just keeping my cals right below maint.
The bottom line is what ever works best for you and it may be one thing or a combination but the only way to find out is to try everything.
I like to mix it up a lttile.So if I'm not sprinting or jogging I'll go to the gym and usually do 10-20 min on the bike than hop over to the stairs do about 10 min on that than hop over to that other fuckin machine thats almost like a stationary ski fuckin thing for like 5- 10 min follwed up lastly by some time on the treadmill. I like this because persoinaly even with the TV's and shit they got in my gym i get bored way to quickly when I'm on one machine for too long so this lets my mind wonder and icusually get a better wrokout this way.

JG1 I do my sprints first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at the gym (treadmill). I walk from 0seconds to the beginning of two minutes and sprint for the entire minute at between levels 10-11 then drop down to 5-6 for a minute, back up for another minute and so on. When I first started I was only able to to about 4-5 sprints now I'm at 12......don't push it and go that high at first, just like everything build up to it. Sprints are great!
I like to run on the treadmill at a very fast pace for 5 mins then slow it down to a light jog for about 2 mins then bump it back up again. I like to go at least 25 mins with this.
