Best vitamins to use with b12

now the injections that I got from my doctor I only have a few left so that will last me a couple more weeks than I have to order more. do you know of a good source that sells B12 injectables? also what oral supplements do you recommend I take with it

I don't do b12 injections I used to till I was having horrible anxiety and panic attacks did some testing and even following the instructions doing 1 injection every 2 weeks my levels had been 4 times the normal limit cut it all out all of it went away lol.
