Hi

so I joined this form because I seriously need help!!

I'm definitely not overweight or trying to lose fat, my fault lies within building muscle on my legs

Im 5'6 , 130.2 lbs. 25" waist , 39 1/2" hips with sticks for legs. I live out a Tupperware, my diet is on point. I have been training consistently six days a week for seven years. I have gotten the most growth out of my legs in the last year and a half, really pushing and squeezing and burning.

These little twigs are very strong, I can deadlift 225 LBS 4×5 no problem and then do a superset, I box squat at 3:15. And my PR for squats was 225

my upper body is good to go 👍🏼👍🏼

I worked with the coach a couple years ago, still not the results I want

Basically as much damn time as I spend in the f@cking gym I should have a nice set of legs but I don't, so I'm on here because I have given up all my other options and I'm ready to take my training to the next level

I train hard and really push myself
Quad focus on Monday
, Gluth focus on Wednesday
hamstring focus on Friday

I'm not interested in doing just Var, I really want a stack so I can get the most out of it.

Please help this little tree grow, thanks in advance

Most people do not get the leg development they want because they don't understand the anatomy of muscles in the legs. The legs are an endurance muscle. They have a large composition of slow twitch muscle fibres. Most people only train in a 8-12 rep range. The problem with that is it won't stimulate the slow twitch muscle fibres. In order to fatigue the slow twitch muscle fibres, you need to train in a rep range of 20-100.

Use a variety of exercises to fully develop the legs but make sure to add in some 'burn out' sets at the end of your workout in a rep range of 20-100 to stimulate the slow twitch muscle fibre. You will feel a burn like you have never experienced before.

Think about it. Look at the legs of a cyclist. They don't squat or lift weights at all but they always have extremely impressive leg development. That's from all the high rep work they constantly do when cycling.

I would reconsider doing a cycle of anavar. Women can experience permanent emasculating side effects like facial hair growth and clit enlargement from steroids. Here is a good article for you to read on women and steroids that I wrote: http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/steroids-women-trevor-kouritzin-37531.html

SARMS are the best options for females because they are completely anabolic substances. There is no risk of emasculating side effects. Especially if you have never used PEDs before, you can make significant gains off just SARMS. I have a full sample SARMS cycle listed in the article. You can order SARMS from sarms1.com
