Best training while on roids?

Hello guys, hope you guys are doing well.

Well guys I'm starting my first cycle in a months time, I got all the gear but now I'm just waiting for the PCT to arrive.
My goal is to achieve a body like "Jeff seid" "Matt ogus" "lazar angelov" kind of body. I know to achieve a body like theirs would require me to have a extremely strict diet, training and take at least 3-4 cycles (I guess).

Anyway, I'm 16% body fat at the moment and I want to get the maximum out of my cycle.
I'm wondering what type/program of training is the best to do while on steroids?

I have three things in mind,
1)Purchase Jeff seid training pack
OR
2)Give MAX-OT training routine a try
OR
3)Try some training routine I find on bodybuilding.com?

What do you guys think would be the best? plus my arms are the weakest muscles in my body and I really need to grow them as much as I can this cycle, what do you guys recommend me to do in order to grow my body in general?

PS: the cycle is test + primo for 8 weeks

Hey pal, how you doing?
No one is going to help you until you say:

-Your age
-Your height
-Your weight
-Your bodyfat
-Training history
-Cycle's history

Also what's your cycle, post cycle and nutrition plan in a VERY VERY especific way.

In before hand I tell you to not buy any plan for anyone and to lower your bodyfat to at least 10% before doing a bulking cycle.

I would love to pitch in on this and give you the advice you're after but as Lou said, we really need some stats. The fact that your body fat is 16% leads me to think that you're not quite ready for steroids. But I really can't say anything without stats, post them and I'll try and help out.
 
We need your stats first and foremost....secondly you have absolutely unrealistic expectations if you think you are going to look like a world renowned fitness model after 3-4 cycles or else you'd see a fitness model on every street corner. Too many newbs nowadays think that steroids are magic and then reality hits them after cycling. That's why there are literally tons of guys walking the streets that have done 5+ cycles that don't even look like they lift.

The kind of training you do on steroids is the same kind you do off of them....the kind that works, which may be different for everyone.

I would suggest a hybrid HIT training, consider Evolutionary H.I.T.
 
no Greg Plitt or Steve Cook in there?

The way they lift isn't rocket science. What they do is not any different then what millions of other do. Their bodies are built in the kitchen.

Keep your rep range between 8-15 reps. Lift heavier on compound lifts like Bench, Squat, and Deadlift. Higher reps on shaping lifts like flies and extensions. Pyramid your reps and weight. Always try to go heavier the next set. Add in drop sets, and in supersets.. force the blood into your muscle. On your last set, if you feel you have more in you.. don't stop until you reach failure.. then push past it.

Early am fasted cardio will help w/ fat loss. Weights-standard bb - 6-15 reps.
 
you need to figure out how to workout before deciding to juice.

this type of mentality kinda pisses me off. they used to laugh at you or kick your ass for using steroids back in the day if they found out you were on them without putting in the blood and sweat.
