You row, bench, overhead press, deadlift n squat (ABA) style so your base will get stronger- provided that you eat right, you'll grow
EX say you start out overhead pressing with just the bar, you add 5lbs each time you overhead press. On average you add 7.5lbs a week which means in 12 weeks you add 90lbs (you may stall a few times so make it 16 weeks for a more real idea) adding 90lbs means youre overhead pressing about 135-youll look alot different pressing 135 than you did just the bar.
I add isolation work in my response to you because often ppl say their arms are lagging or they don't look wide in the shoulders- a few sets of laterals, curls n rear Delt a week will fix this issue. (I know it's not 5x5 anymore...but the base of it is.)
