A lot of guys recomend hCG only when you are on 2 grams or so per week of androgens. I disagree, because what you're on has a lot to do with how much your test is suppressed. You need to use hCG while you are still on cycle, NOT after, the point of using hCG is to have your nuts up and running when you come off cycle. You also need to break the dosage up. The reason it comes in 2500 and 5000 IU vials is because it's meant to induce ovulation, not restore test production. It has a short half life, literally hours, so you need smaller more frequent doses, I use 1000 IU's per day near the end of my cycle, Duchaine went so far as tor recomend 10 shots daily of 100 IU's.
