Wat do you guys want to be eating after an intense workout? I know it’s important to make sure you are eating protein but what kind of carbs and fats do you recommend to be eating daily ?
there isn't some magic food that you eat after a workout that will 'help recovery'.. that is a load of bullshit started in the 80's when companies were trying to push a narrative. but you need to eat HEALTHY always, don't run to chikFILA and eat garbage shit food from there
