Best thing for me?

I would like to put on about 15 lbs more muscle, and i am wondering if i should try a stack of some kind, and if so which would be right for me.
stats: 16 yrs, 5'9, 165, about 14% bf, thanks a lot. Oh and i dont mean like stacking steroid or anything like that, i mean just like supps that would add muscle but are ok for my age, i was thinking about animal stack?

I think a good multivitamin, protein powder to have after you lift, and good fats would be your best bet. That and eat TONS of good food every 2-3 hours.

Try using www.fitday.com to track your calories if you want to make sure that you are eating at LEAST 3000 cals per day.

Each time you eat focus on getting some protein, a complex carb, and a little good fat.
 
Yes, take s HANSEL's advice. At your age you don't want to take anything too serious. Get some weightgainer powder like N-Large, that's my favorite. Get some creatine and take about 5 grams after every workout. 2 or 3 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil a day would be good. A good multivitamim every morning.

As a baseline try to get in at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight everyday. And try to stick to a good intake of complex carbs (oatmeal, whole wheat, bran, brown rice, red potatos)

Aside from that, put together a good workout plan, ask for assistance from you gym if necessary. Center your workouts around big heavy compound lifts like squats, dead lifts, military presses, barbell rows, bench presses, barbell curls, skullcrushers.

Don't forget it's very important to get plenty of rest too. Make your workouts quick and intense, and spend your free time resting and eating, that will be the easiest way for you to put on weight.
