Best Supplements for athletic endurance?

What supplements would you recommend for athletic endurance, more specifically for Ice hockey?

Hockey is, by nature, 45 seconds to a minute of very intense work load, ie: wining one on one battles followed by explosive burst and all out sprinting. Follow this up with aprox 3-4 minutes rest on the bench. Repeat for an hour and 15 minutes.

I train to meet these demands but what supplements would give an edge for endurance, sustained maximum output and aggression. . If you can outwork the other guy you usually end up with the puck.

I have experimented with prework drinks but most have too much caffeine. I am looking for a boost but do not like a jittery feeling during a game, just sustained energy.

I'll give each suggestion a try and report back with updates.

Perhaps look into a non-stim pre-workout. For example, Ultima by Omega Sports. Ultima OmegaSports

Creatine is a cheap effective supplement that could help you. Drink alot of water.

I use pwoerchews pre-workout. I have the same issues with being over stim. and they seem to be just the right amount and you can control the dose...

Besides food, water, krill oil, and multivitamin. I recommend preworkout powerchews with 1 scoop of Ultima, NTBM DAA, and some HGHup or EndoSurge.

Powerchews for sure, pre workout will help with endurance.

Citrulline malate is good as well

I guess I should list all the current supplements.

Creatine
Krill oil
Multi Vitamin
Anabeta
PSN Power Shot (no stims)

other goodies

GHRP 6
CJC1295
OSTA
Forma Stanzol

Looks like Power Chews ae the consensus, I'll give them a try.

I am placing an order at NTBM today, think I'll try the glutamine chews as well.

I have a game Saturday so hopefully they'll arrive in time.

I was considering the Athletix Adamantium/ Bps EndoSurge Stack at orbit next.

Adamantium and Endosurge are both great products. Running both right now actually and absolutely loving it.

I use 7Systems for most of my nutrition when training, sportpro7.com might be something to check out.

Can you tell us what the 3 hours before a game or practice looks like for you? Are you eating anything, drinking anything, warming up, etc. Also, why exactly are you asking? I say this because it would help to know if you have experiencing fatigue, muscle cramps, low/high heart rates, heavy breathing, etc. Let me know and I might be able to give you some ideas of things that could help. Cheers~
