Hi guys after having my baby I have been suffering from a huge lack of energy I feel tired and exhausted all day, I was wondering what stack of supplements can you recommend for energy boost, I'm still breast feeding my baby so something that doesn't affect my milk supply, thank you.

it sounds to me like you are just sleep deprived and the extra weight is straining your body

you should get back into fitness as you regain your health.. start eating for 1 again, and start exercising daily.. the energy will come back

having a baby is tough cause you lose a lot of sleep!

When breastfeeding I would not recommend you to use any supplements at all, because you can never be 100% sure that there is nothing harmful in the supplement.

Just start eating a bit more, and sleep more, and the energy should be back. And start working out little by little - this will get you back in the game.

If you are breast feeding, the only supplement I would recommend is a good quality multivitamin.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.

Your body is no where near back to its normal state yet so try not to be too concerned about it. Remember that you are breastfeeding still. What I would recommend instead is just eating a clean diet, exercising, and making sure you are getting enough good quality sleep.
