Train for a few years before you decide to take anything. You don't even know your bodies potiental yet. A good training program, and a good diet will get you a long way as a beginner.
I don't know why I didn't see this thread before? I would have suggested HI INTENSITY workouts with cut in calories for the diet....could do wonders for her body..... sorry I missed it.... I did not see any replys from the poster...did she bail? What was her progress??
