Best Squat form I have ever seen!!

I hate to sound like I am defending this dbag but it is a possibility he is doing overloading training. Strengthening his torso and prepping his cns for heavier weights. Again giving him benefit of the doubt. Typically when we do overloading we stand the bar up at150-200% for a period of time. So this still looks like a fail!

He's going for something. Who is anyone to disapprove? It's an old school technique. Just moving incredbale weight a few inches to build core strength. Not all training is about perfect form and full range of motion. Who is the guy commenting and why does he have an issue with it? Fuck him. Let the man do what he wants.
 
The only reason I would be pissed at this guy is because he's taking up the squat rack to do that shit. Otherwise I guess let him be a moron haha.

I hate seeing a motherfucker stack a bunch of weight on something.. half rep it one or two times.. then get up and walk around flexing like he is some sort of badass. Meanwhile.. I am over in the corner awkwardly stretching.. waiting for the machine he is on.

I stand there staring at them until they get uncomfortable and fuck off.. but only if they are squat rack curlers or quater reppers.. someone legitimately trying will get a bro nod

the thing that bugs me is when I am at the squat rack and someone comes and steals off all the weights and I am left with only a couple plates to work with.

that's the main problem with this idiot, the gym doesn't belong to any one person. it belongs to everyone so if you want to hog up every plate on that side of the gym then you should do that shit at home.

also what if that was the only squat rack there or maybe there was only 2 and he takes an hour to rack, do his little thing, and then unrack and you have to wait .. its poor etiquette.. its worse than people who do curls or shrugs because atleast they do their 3 sets and get out
