Best sources of protein ?

[FONT=&quot]Hi guys this might be a bit of a noob question but is Preotein in the likes of eggs,porridge,peanuts etc just as good as protein in meats like chicken etc??? Also im still unsure of how much protein i should getting in a day???[/FONT]

Yes. As long as you are eating quality whole foods you are good to go. The protein in your foods, regardless of type, is broken down into constituent amino acids, and the reassembled into chains that you need.
 
yes it is confusing because people parrot nutrition advice

the truth is our bodies are perfectly okay functioning with 0 protein a day or 200g a day. there isn't a need to sit there and count out exactly how much protein you need. we evolved without restaurants, fridges, supermarkets etc. we had to find our own food. some days we found nothing, some days we were lucky and got a large kill
