Best shaver for females? Help please...

Silk Epil Soft Perfection Braun is really good. But its not a shaver it is an epilator, It hurts the first couple of times you use it but then you get used to it.
It has additional shaver head specially designed for underarms and bikini line if you don't like to epliate.

how sensitive an area would that work on? I would love to have my balls be hairless 'for weeks, not days' as the add says.. but dont want to end up in ER with my nutsack wrapped around a hair pulling device either...
