best retatrutide dose for weight loss

interested in trying retatrutide for weight loss. I’m around 220lbs and want to lose about 40 pounds
I plan on exercising daily and hitting the cardio as well. How much reta should I be using at 50 years old. Ideally I would like to run the lowest effective dose. Would that be 1mg a day or is that too low?

bros I will do 2 mg to start. Then you can gradually increase your dose. That would be a good option.

do 1.5mgs the first 4 weeks. reta should be gradually increased. That will give you the best results.

It's very important to make sure you're training and you're doing a lot of cardio on it. Otherwise you're just not going to get the kind of results you're looking for.

The correct dosing schedule is as follows.
wk 1-4 1mg
wk 5-8 2mg
wk 6-9 3-4mg
and so on.
You stay at each does for a minimum of 4 weeks. You also don't need to increase if a dose is still working. I was able to run it for 12 weeks at 1mg before increasing to 2 mg. I ran it for 6 months never going over 3mg.
Don't start any higher than 1mg/wk. More is not better. The only thing more will do is mess up your gut/digestion.
