Best Protien Lab Mix?

Purists will probably say you need more than 1 formula: 1 for the day (in case you have those), pure whey (isolate if possible) for PWO and 1 with casein for the evening (right before bed).
 
Better to get protein from whole food, since they have a higher thermic value and are generally absorbed slower than supps. Only time I take protein powder is post workout (whey) and before bed when I add some casein powder to my cottage cheese.

Nedless to say, that is the best advice you can get concerning protein: Eat real food... only way you willg et your bargain 30% thermic effect...

I only drink 1 protein shake a day unless its PWOS. I have my protein shake with my brown rice and egg whites in the morning.

Thanks guys, so Casein whey would be best for late shakes? My nmorning shake is pure Whey isolate.
