Is to true that liquids don't hold up that long? Or are caps better? I don't need it for about 4 weeks just trying to prepare now. Thanks Steve

if stored properly they should last you a while. caps you can leave in the closet for years and years and they will last yes, so if thats what you want to do then use caps and not liquid. the liquids say on the bottle how to store and how long they last.

i cant argue with pills over liquid but a good research place's liquid is close to as good.

best place i have used is ag-guys.They have been around forever .

Only problem I find with research companies is the ridiculous shipping cost they have.. ag guys caber was going to cost me 119 to ship to Ireland.. that's more than the price of the product
