After 5 weeks, 15 lbs net gain and 2% bf loss, yea because the sides were just too much. Although I didnt have any ancillaries besides caber for the sides.

Dude I did. I got bad acne. I remember enjoying the run. I am gonna run ghrp for a few month active rest then jump on something with tren enth later.

Gonna hit tren E this time for 10 weeks with primo, adding GW hopefully that solves the tren lethargy problem. IF i can minimize the tren lethargy I will never leave tren out of a cycle again

I was thinking of tren, eq and cruising test. EQ always gives me obnoxious energy.
 
Seeing a lot of talk about Tren sides. As an old timer we would do a 2 to 1 ratio tren eth at say (400mg) and test cyp at 200mg.Match the esters to minimize injections and fluctuating blood levels. Make sure to supplement your diet with healthy fats and zinc as well as Vitamin D. This will maximize your test conversion and help battle some of those sides. Each person is different you must learn your body chemistry. Tren will provide quality mass, while test and Dbol provide bulk, a jumpstart and Stamina. And don't forget to front load. Hope this isn't too much info.
 
depends how high we are talking with test. For pure mass, test + test + test is the best hands down. Im not prepared to run 2gs a week though so will look at stacking. But yes, heavy test is the best for out and out size.

I'm trying this , test 400 at 1000 mg with dbol ,,, gaining nicely most test I've done. 10 wks then switch to a cut tren e 600test 400 for 10 wks

Tren a 300mg wk

youre mixing long and short esters for a short time (6 weeks)
thats not good

match the test p and the tren a for 6-8 weeks
match the deca and the test cyp for at least 10 weeks

12 weeks over all u run them back to back while overlapping the test esters

Test 500mg week 1-14
Decca 400 week 4-12
D-bol 50 Week 1-4
Will b eating 4000 cals a day 20% fats 40% protein and 40% carbs .
Aweek. i have done test only cycle and at 300mg a week 6 weeks nd secod cycle test 300 for 6 weeks and 30mg d-bol
these cycles were 2 years ago. been clean for 2 years. Im 27 6 2" and 215 about 11% bodyfat . wht can i expect from this cycle. how much weight or mass can i put on .

I could see an upwards of 40 lbs but don't get too excited cause it may only be 25 lbs, but honestly I'd say 30ish

old school, test and dbol... too concerned with tren.deca ( too many friends were on it )sides.... We should also mention in this thread about age, hairloss, etc... There are some young kats on here and some older people too, at least I can take propecia with test and not lose whats left of my hair, the deca is a no go with propecia and tren is too rough for me from what I have heard and seen from buddies...

I've done 10+ NPC bbing shows and have placed top 5 in all of them 5 at least being national qualifiers.

I honestly do not care what u think because your probably 150lb and on ur little keyboard typing away
 
how would proviron work whit the decca, would it keep away the moonface?
thinking about doing the test/deca cycle, but dont want the moonface....

It would fuck up the hole working part of deca. Deca works on the oestrogen and proviron blocks it so i wouldnt use it at the same time
 
As of week 10 I have gained 16 pounds and dropped 3% body fat. I did this on 400mg of TrenE 500mg of Cyp and 50mg of Dbol with plenty of milk thistle and caber. Strength gains are through the roof. Quality muscle added and no water weight. For example at age 46 I finished my last set on incline with 225 for 5 when I started the cycle. Yesterday I hit 315 for 3 (elbows wrapped). There are some nutritional keys that really helped. PM me if you want to know more. Will update in 2 weeks.

Best for mass building? FOOD!! About 5250 Call @ 430g protein a day and growth is an understatement. At least for me I have found that food makes the difference:) sorry it's not on the list- Test/Tren/Drol. I just got off that, helped alot. :qt::qt:

Lmao 430g of protein at 5250 is about 80% of your daily calories. A little overboard. Especially on a bulk, there would hardly be any room for carbs and fats.

That's 1720 calories. At a 40/40/20 ratio that's perfect.
 
There is pure mass and quality mass so if after a bit more quality I would change things slightly. But you can't beat Test, Deca and Adrol :)
 
test ,tren ,mast ,and eat like a horse.throw in some dbol as well ,tri test and tren works great ,best mass gainer (food)
 
Any body know a good place to get test en? Irish and want to do my first cycle. Did an epi cycle a year ago and saw good gains but think test would be better
