OutlawV2 New member Mar 12, 2019 #5 Generally stuff high in vitamins like D will help ur skin health. So it comes down to fresh veggies and an otherwise good natural diet. Avocados as well are supposed to be bomb for your skin. But cocoa butter is hands down best. Lol
