Best food for the money?

i'd have to agree with both of you, between tuna and eggs. although it takes a lot more eggs to make up the protein, but they are both dirt cheap!

Eggs, Cottage Cheese, and Tuna are obvious....

The local Kroger in my area will sale boneless/skinless Chicken Breast at 1.99 lbs every month or so.

I also talked to the butcher at a local meat market and he sold me top sirloin at $3.50 lbs. Only condition was that I had to by an entire side of beef. (roughly 100lbs)

cottage cheese, tuna, milk, eggs, WHOLE CHICKEN, breast are good but expensive, but try to find best price per pound ratio, grocery stores always have sales on chicken
buy a whole cow at 59 cents per pound, cost you a grand but i have it for years, you'll need a deep freeze though lol, best meat in the world, call local butchers if you're serious
