think about it this way.. which foods do the body have to minimally work to process?
the answer is watery fruits and veggies.
that is why if you have a steak dinner before your workout you are so slow.. the worst foods? process foods obviously. that includes things like pizza for example, just cause it didn't come in a box doesn't mean it wasn't processed. a slice of pizza has processed cheese, crust, sauce, oils, etc. horrible!
