Best first cycle for a newbie (need a help!)

Need a help to do my first newbie steroid cycle! I have a really high metabolism and is f****** hard for me to gain SIZE, VOLUME, and to maintain the gains as well... Any tips will be appreciated! What's the best on the market today?

I think Helladrol is a good starter PH, it's a weak PH and has almost no sides. I've recommended it to all my friends as a starter and we've all have fantastic results (Around 5-10lbs lean mass) on the first cycle.
 
sounds to me like your in need of some dietry changes my bro, you have to commit everything and make sure you eat the right stuff and live the right way to make consistent gains, and hold on to them..
Helladrol is a great way to get your feet wet and gives awesome results, as for real AAS than a test cycle is what id suggest but I feel you may need adjust a few basic things in order to succeed and get the best results from your cycles..
 
Ok, I'm 25yo, 1,73m tall, 68kg, I don't know my bf%, been lifting for 6 months. I'm just looking for a nice cycle to gain a little volume (Like 75kg) and get shredded like Zyzz, Jeff Seid, for example. I was told that TESTOGAR is very good rookie test cycle, but, I shouldn't expect HUGE gains.

Any help will be appreciated.
 
So you have been lifting for 6 months, cant gain muscle and want a magic pill because your diet is shit and your training likely sucks? Asking questions like "whats the best on the market?" Comments like "gain some volume and get shredded"....
Are you fucking for real?
Here's a tip kid, this isn't a joke, this isn't a quick fix so take a step back and get a fucking clue because with your mind set you are already way in over your head. You obviously have no clue about real diet, training, or what these chemicals are or what they do or how they do it, ancillary drugs, side effects, post cycle therapy. These things don't happen in 6 months no matter how educated one is. Drugs don't take the place of knowing what the hell you are doing and they don't do the work for you.

Unreal the shit that gets posted around here lately.

I was understanding and willing to help until you mentioned those two assclowns.. also only training 6months and you think you're ready for gear.. you're 2 years younger than me but should still have more cop on.. come back after a few years of training and we'll gladly help you

If you pat your head and rub your stomach three times a day, muscles will start to appear. Do that cycle for 8weeks and you will be fucking ripped!! Put some work in bro, nothing is easy.

Haha 6months! Ur an idiot,,you can't just take a pill and be huge..it takes are work and commitment, maybe after another 18months at the gym think about doing it.. If you last that long!? Haha
 
It always amazes me at the young guys that come in thinking that steroids are some magical unicorn that is the answer to all of their problems. It's not, and you are setting yourself up to be very very disappointed if you think so.
 
Right Bud. You need to get to the following and get it in order ... Diet. Training. Resting. If you eat to weigh 75kg, you'll weigh 75kg. Whether it's a flabby 75 or a muscular 75 all depends on if you train correctly and rest enough. You SO do NOT need to even THINK about gear.
 
I'm sorry, I've been lifting since I was 18yo, but I was always interrupting my training routine because I used to travel a lot for weeks because of my old job. But now I'm hitting the gym FOR REAL, without any interruptions for 7 months now and I don't pretend to drop the irons from now on. My diet is ready and running and I'm bulking up pretty fast (got 2 more kg of lean mass since my last post). I'm just researching about steroids because I want a good cycle to speed up my recovery and results. I have a little knowledge but I want to share more info before anything and don't wanna win the Olympia now, just see some better results.
 
I had 10 years in the gym before I tested the waters. My first run was just a simple test prop cycle and a solid pct. I ate like a horse and ate even more during pct. Like these fine gentleman have said, unless your diet and training are in check, you are waisting your time. Listen to these guys, they know what they are talking about. I read on this forum and many others, did months of research before starting anything. Don't take my advice because I haven't been on here very long but some of these vets have seen and experienced the good and the bad of cycles.
