Best cycle advice please

Hi

Just a bit of advice really if anyone can offer some, this is my first ever post but read others all the time.

Im due to hit my 2nd proper cycle in around 4 weeks and i am in split minds about what to hit. So instead of listing options i thought i would put down my goals.

Im 6ft 3, weigh 238lbs with around 15% body fat and 25yrs old. I train 5 times a week (cardio in the mornings and weights at night) with lotsshirts of legs and back (my favs)

My last cycle finished 3 months ago and was 12 weeks long.

I ran 250 omnadren and 300mg eq every 3 days with a front 4 weeks of dbol at 50mg a day to give me a.kick.

I got some good gains from the eq and they were slow and steady which is what i wanted. Post cycle i dropped from 245-250lbs down to where i am now but kept most of my strength.

What i really want to achieve this time is a similar gain however lose a little more fat. Do i do this post cycle or target this cycle to achieve this and if so what would you recommend?

i would just do a clean bulk. start now by getting your diet 100% dialed in. good clean food all day long. you should be getting around 400 grams of protein a day. If you have never tried this it is different at first but well worth doing or at least trying. I dont mean 200grams from shakes either. Aim for 300grams from whole real foods about six meals and a snack or two.


If you can do that now when you are on you will be able to add muscle and drop fat. Keep that diet/calorie level through pct and about 4 weeks after pct and then slowly start to drop the cals and that will start your cut.

That cycle sounds like it worked well for you, drop the d-dol and do a few tweeks to the diet and training (a little more cardio, more lean/clean eating) and you should be GOLDEN...

When ru starting? Maybe beef up the PCT and keep more gains?

Thanks chaps, starting at the end of October now to put the diet plan in and cut up more before the load
