For me the best combo to cut up:
1) Diet:
300grams whey protien in water/ice no carbs
Eat light protien and carbs when hungry, just enough to end cravings.
Minimal fat intake <20g
Minimal carb intake <100-200g
4 multivitamins ED
No milk, soda, beer or sweets.
2) ECA stack 3 times a day (supresses appetite, gives great energy) w/ 100mcg clen EOD and T3 ramp up and down (increases metabolism by 12%). Without the efferdrine, with the diet above, I was hungry all the time and would break the diet.
3) Tren 75mg ED /winstrol 50mg ED/prop 50mg ED combo or Primo 800mg EW
4) Do cardio after workouts ED or workout non stop, high reps from 2 hours.
