stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Mar 19, 2019 #4 squatting everyday is okay as long as you aren't over doing it but you don't want to be doing bench press daily. there are people that do a pushup, pullup, cruch routine daily.. again do it within reason and without injuring yourself
