best carbs to use after insulin?

Yes, normal in a fasted state in the morning is 70-110. So if you do slin at 84, it can drop you well below 70. So please, eat,eat ,and eat somemore. Moreover, eat really well before you inject.

be sure you've got a glucose monitor and use it religiously!! i started doing insulin at only 2-3iu's post workout and got great results with that. you should start really low to see how your body is going to handle the slin. this can be some very dangerous $hit, so don't take any chances. 1 after you inject and eat your simple carbs, check you glucose levels. if you get to 40 or below then you need to chow down quick on a mountain dew or some othe soft drink to spike it back up again. you can't always tell if your going hypo. then check your glucose levels right before your next 2 meals since you're using humalog. so you should be eating like this:
workout
shake and 100g dextrose
1 hr. after shake check blood sugar and eat alot of good carbs and protien
2.5hrs later check blood levels eat more good carbs and protein
2.5hrs later " "
and never do slin before going to bed if you'd like to avoid waking up dead...
Excellent info, I prefer using regular slin cus it's shorter acting and more predictable. Longer acting slin tends to be more difficult to predict when it's peaking. Just eat and don't skip meals. You want to be at the lower end of the normal range because that means your driving glucose from the bloodstream into the muscle cells.
 
i like the humalog for the same reasons. it's much easier to stay lean on it too because you know the peak times. i couldn't believe the results just from doing 3iu's 3 days a week. of course i have to do more now, but when using slin, test, and gh together all i can say is WOW!! just be sure to educate yourself properly if doing slin.

You've got the theory downpacked, good luck bro, I'm not concerned about you putting yourself in a dangerous situation. But even to a pro, always proceed with caution and respect the slin more than any other drug.

Humalo is the fastest acting,Ive used it before but didnt care much for it,and that was while runing gh too.I only used it pwo though at 15ius pwo was the highest.
