best bulking/strength for females?

All this talk about men bulking up and getting stronger but very few females want to do the same thing
the truth is I’m very weak and I can only bench the bar and maybe 10 or 15 lbs on each side
what is a good bulking and strength cycle that I can run I’m 38 years old and I’m 5’3” 128 lbs
 
I would definitely do some VAR but go 20 mg
 
you can run the VAR up to 10 weeks
 
might want to look at adding some GW as well
