So I hear eating 6 meals a day is better than 3. I was curious as to what all of you eat each day?

Please be SPECIFIC. I am trying to set up my eating habits and I need ideas. :p
 
When bulking: everything I can mostly tuna cans, shakes, steaks, burgers, hot-dogs, junk food......... Its all about calories, protein........ then a little cutting cycle....
 
Bro,remember you cannot turn fat to muscle or muscle to fat,eating alot of junk will only promote fat but upping your calories will up your body weight which in turn will up your poundages which will put on muscle mass or it should do.Keep it as clean as you can by all means have 1 or 2 cheat days but to be honest,if you are eating enougth carbs and protein aday you probably couldnt eat junk food as well anyway unless you have a 50 inch waistline or just a bottomless pit.
 
I usually eat protein shakes, tuna, chicken, turkey, steak, sweet potatoes, rice, oatmeal, peanut butter...mmmm....During the off season I eat four cheat meals per week, and during pre contest dieting time I have one cheat day per week....they consist of pizza, fried chicken, gummy worms, etc....
 
I eat;
Chicken,egg whites,yogart,skim milk,protein shakes 3-4 a day,veggies,steak,my girl and so on high protein medium to low carbs...:D

shredded wheat
beef
eggs
bread
protein shakes
amino acid tablets
oats
yogurts
multi vitamin and mineral tablets


they are all on the shopping list, and most are eaten everyday......i am bulking, so i am cheating a little, i dont go super clean when bulking, i have a hard enough time gaining weight so i just eat 6-7 small meals a day, one every 2-3 hours.
