Best amount to run EQ?

I would run it minimum of 12 weeks. Preferably 14 weeks or so.
As far as dosage goes 400-600mg per week.

EQ will be in your system much longer than 2 extra weeks. it will take a good 5 weeks to clear
my answer is going to be different than a lot of people but listen to why. if you run it 10 or 12 weeks yeah you are cutting it 'short' according to the gurus but you also are keeping your HPTA healthier. doing 16 week (4 month) cycles isn't actually cycling.. because with the esters to clear you are staying on damn near HALF THE YEAR!!.. no good.. keep that up and i promise you will be on TRT in no time

i would run it 16 weeks... 600 mg per week... thats your call... i wouldnt run it less than 12...
