I wanted to know what do you think the ideal time off from lifting is ? I have been lifting 6 times a week for atleast 6 months. I wanted to take some time off. Is a week too much ? Or will I be losing gains that way ?
whatever gains you lose taking time off you will make back. pro athletes have offseasons and then come back for camp to get back in playing shape. that is how it is done.. your body can always use a break
