WOW - I remember when I was 16 - like a decade and a half ago now - that Weider was the first supplements I ever tried! I heard about their weight gainer and took it thinking I would put on muscle! It was a discusting chocolate flavour and I would gag drinking it! I wasn't even training but tell a kid at that age what a weight gainer should be used for and he wont listen!

The guy was definitely a legend though!
