Being Bullied at my gym, young guy needs your help!

Get fired up!

Use it as motivation bro! Get mad & take it out on the weights. They are shitheads & will talk about people when they're smaller than them then be the same ones to turn around and talk about people that are bigger than them. The truth is they'll never be in shape, they are there for social hour & they will only get a charge out of it if they know they're getting to you. Just grit your teeth & push harder. I've been training seriously for going on 3yrs now & I've made drastic improvements. The people that were being assholes when I started are still the same size. They would snicker the first year, talk to me the second year & now all they can talk about (from what I can tell) is who is "juicing" they're lazy & jealous. I like to smile & hold my flex like a MOFO when I do cable crossovers right in front of them. Making their chests look like flabby ass bitch tits!

The problem you are encountering is that there
are several of them so that any open action you
take will be to your disadvantage. Physically you are
outnumbered and when the police arrive it will be your
word against "theirs". But then I said "OPEN ACTION"
I assume these clowns use towels and probably water
bottles?? Fiberglass insulation rubbed on towels
or their clothes while they are showering works well.
MACE on clothes works extremely well as well. Macing them in the
shower works if you can pull it off(baggy sweats/mask)
Mace in the water bottles works great.
Do I even have to mention their vehicles? Yes, it's chickenshit
but its all about plausable deniability.
If you smack one of these "badasses" they will be the
ones to call the cops, the ones to sue for medical bills
so to hell with big balls and making a point.
Hurt these fuckers and they will leave you alone.
 
Buy "Beer Belly Shampoo" with the slogan "You pumped alot of money in that belly of yours, so it needs to be treaded well".

When they're showering, put it in their handbags ;)

Otherwise kick the shit out of them!
Or if you have a sixpack, try to see if they are looking, and raise your shirt and look at your six-pack, acting like you don't see them.

They will be physically fucked up as hell!!!

Wear big shorts & no underwear & wait till they need a spot on the bench. When they get the weight down to their chest & need help back up, drop your sack on their forehead!
 
try and use their negativity in a positive way. i see things like what is going on with you happen all the time. its just jealousy. use the anger or frustration you are feeling towards them, on the iron. you can beat them with words and fists, but that wouldnt make you much better then them. and would prolly make your time there a whole lot worse, since you will have to run into them constantly. make them eat their words. when they see that what they do has no effect on you, since you are improving yourself week to week, month to month, they will give up. some guys at my gym gave a younger kid some problems. he was about 18-19 years old, and had a great natural build (5'8" id say, and 175ish. but he was low % bf, really lean and vascular). a lot of the powerlifters in the gym started harassing him and calling him a backstreet boy, or faggot, because he cared less about the poundages he did, and more about form and definition. eventually they just drove the kid out. it seemed to have some effect when he left, since he was pretty well liked, and had some great ideas on training, and showed me a pretty interesting routine or two (and i am more then a few years his senior....in both age, and in amount of time in a gym and lifting). i kinda miss having that kid around too, because i used to do some intense cardio routines with him.....i also get inspiration to workout harder when i see that other people are like-minded and train hard. kind of like a competition. my advice would be NOT to change the times you go to the gym, and do your best to overcome the obstacle. if you find that you can do that, you will find that you can overcome just about any kind of distraction. you will be more pleased with yourself when you see that you made progress, when all they did was workout their mouths.
