Hello everyone, long time lurker here, finally going to make a post for what I should take as my first cycle! I'm currently 25 years old, 5'11, and 255 pounds, about 25% body fat. My goals are to get down to the lower teens by my birthday, which is Feb. 16th and honestly I have been dieting my ass off for the past couple of months but the weight does not seem to come off! I have a really weird schedule and sleep cycle,. I work from 1 am to 9 am and sleep at 10 pm to 4, hit the gym around 430 and then have class at 8 pm. Very little time to eat or do anything for that matter, but I am 100% committed to achieving my goal,
I've been down numerous roads in my life. Back when I was 20 i weighed a little over 315 pounds, then cut down to about 195, but I was skinny fat, no muscle and loose skin so I decided to bulk up because I was self conscious, did some power lifting for about 4 years and while I am strong and bigger, I put on a lot of fat again, not as bad as I originally started, I work out 5 days a week, do cardio twice a week but I do not have a fine tuned diet!
This has changed though, my diet is on point for the past few months but now I am looking to take my workout to the next level! I've been doing a lot of research on Clen, but people have stated that at my weight and body fat, it could potentially be dangerous. Is this true? And if so, are there any other, safer, milder alternatives? Sorry for the long read, I appreciate all the help. Thanks!
