Hi guys and thanks for taking the time to read my thread.
Also, apologies as I know this has been covered many times but I'm getting conflicting information.
I've been researching for a while now and have decided to try RS Transaderm as a stand alone with Phytoserms for PCT.
The plan was:
8 weeks of Transaderm @ 5 pumps ED
4 weeks of Phytoserms @ 3 caps ED
Those in the know seem to suggest it best practice to keep an AI on hand, which makes sense but my question is:
Do I only run the AI if I get symptoms of gyno as opposed to running it alongside the Transaderm?
I'm currently looking at Liquidex as it seems to get high praise on the boards.
Any comments greatly appreciated and have a happy new year.
