before and after cycle pics

some progress but you were way to high of a bf to be cycling let alone didn't have a lot of size. Those results could have come easily without all the shit you were on.

his bf was not too high at all for a cycle...
...though he probably could have seen those results over a slightly longer period of time without gear... he just got from point A to point B faster...

camshaft:... what's your diet looked like?... also ...im not so sure youre pct is very good... may want to get a blood test and check up on things... keep up the hard work...
 
dbol for pct? The point is to get your body going again, not supress it more. You should look at the pct forum. You can get lots of help there.

yes, i got the idea for DBOL as PCT from here........along with the AIFM, i have no gyno, little bacne, little loss of strength, and most importantly, NO CRASH. i get wood and fuck like a champ. i do have nolva and clomid on hand, but after reading SO MANY conflicting opinions on here, i just said fuck im im gonan run the AIFM alone and see what happens. so far so very good.

also, i want to point out that i have HORRIBLE genetics. every male in my family does. if there were ever a hardgainer it is me. when i graduauted high school i was 6'4" 170. i couldnt bench the bar. im not joking. i take all the help i can get.

but i am by no means trying to be a know it all, so i appreciate any advice.

well were u working out hard core inbetween highschool and when u did ur first cyle?

i dont know bro its seems like you might hve been able to diet a loittle better nd got mor size! the onpy difference i cn tell is it looks like you gained about an inch+ in your arms

def good progress, but also def need to work on that diet-I understand it can be hard working construction and dietiing but where there is a will there is a way
 
congrats on your gains but with what you were using imo you shouldve had better gains,,just being honest. It takes balls to post your pics for that i give you k bro
 
I have trouble noticeing things sometimes, but maybe if the pictures where size to side I could tell more, but im having trouble seeing the gains. im not trying to diss you or anything, you look good, and got balls for posting it here.

delts and arms mainly. i see a big difference in the delts. and im HUGELY self-critical, ive studied the pics.
 
lookin great.

keep up those deadlifts to get your lower back looking tight. Also I would encorperate some amount of oblique work.

working a job like that does make it harder... but it can be improved upon.. get the biggest damn ice chest you can find and pack it with food... you dont look super lean... but you definately dont look too fat either... so you may be able to get away not eating quite as clean... just to up the calories...
also some suggestions:... try adding 1tbsp. flax oil to the whey shakes (which im hoping are made with milk)... take a jar of peanut butter to work... and sunflower seeds... though they taste salty... there isnt too much in them... cottage cheese before bed too...
also... get that bloodwork done...

I honestly cant tell between those pics, your delts are a little bigger but 750/wk test? Come on bro...I took 250 and me before/after pics are shit you'd see in a magazine ad. You either had some really bunk gear or you dont know how to lift/train. And your pct included DBOL? Are you a retard?

From reading your posts and replies you got a level head and an open mind and you respond good to constructive criticism. Those qualities are good to have!

You did pretty good for your first cycle - your diet and PCT needs some tweaking but you did well nontheless.

thank you, and thanks for the AIFM advice every time i asked. most solid (legal) product ive ever used!

to the others, i know this cycle was not 100%, i did the best i could, im making no excuses. i will do better (better diet) next time. but fact is, my bench is up a SOLID 50 pounds, (peaked at +75, but only for a few weeks while on 50mg dbol) even one month after my last injection, and all other lifts are way up as well.

and i had ZERO crash, my sex drive and energy levels are fine......

fact is, i read SO MUCH conflicting info about clomid and nolva, that although i have both, i decided to just run AIFM. i have read on here that it is doable, but not for everyone. so i decided to check it out. i have ZERO signs of gyno.

not trying to be a know-it-all, just reporting my results.

also i didnt state this before, but i am 6'4", with very long arms, so lb for lb, LBM on me is naturally not going to look as impressive on a smaller dude.
 
I see improvement in the front delts, traps and romboids for sure. Also the upper lats have more of a noticable sweep from what I can see. Keep it up!

Don't fret bro - Neo22 is an internet tough guy who refers to other sites when pics are requested. If you want a good laugh look at his replies and threads - he is a small man/boy that gets off to making noise.
