before/after pics of looong cycle

Ok, no flames please, I know that I have alot of fat to lose. The before pics are not exactly before, they are in the middle of a bulking cycle, that changed into a cutting cycle, the after is two weeks ago. I can give the details of the cycle if you want, but pic 1 is 224 lbs pic two is 200lbs @ 16% bodyfat according to the electronic gizmo.
 
Calories, were around 3000, but from very poor sources (food), around july I got serious about the quality of the food, around mid Sept. I got real serious, 2400-2600 cals, super clean.

The cycle started in mid Mar. With Sust, Deca and Dbol. Changed into an EQ winny cycle in about July, August saw the Addition of Tren 75, Anavar, Testanon, T-3, Clen, and a little more deca. Just finished up around 4 weeks ago. In my 2nd week of clomid therapy.

I'd be real happy to hear everyones input. Got sign off for about 20 minutes, so if you get no responses from me, I'll be back in a half hour
 
Flames, no way bro! You made great improvements from the pics you showed. You should be proud of your results. Very noticeable fat loss.
 
OK, I'm back, but I got a Q.

I want to do a short 8 week bulking cycle in the winter, with t-400(800-1000mg/week), Deca 400/week, and EQ 400-600week. Thinking abou adding Anadrol 100 ED, the Drol is optional.
Do you guys think that adding the Drol will make me fat again? I will still keep the diet clean, but I'm afraid of adding too many cals. Never used arimidex, but that could be another option. But does it really make that much of a difference?

Add D-Bol instead cause Deca and Anadrol together increases your chance of geting progesterone gyno. Fat gain depends on your diet, not the gear you use. Good luck bro!

Thanks M18, you're always a great help. I am aware of the drol-deca issue, I forgot to mention that I wont use the deca if I use the drol. But would you still reccommnd the dbol instead
 
im guessing you mixed the pics up, cause you look alot heavier in the second not the first. anyway, lookin good.

IM JUST CURIOUS AS I AM ON THE SAME CYCLE YOU DID.
 
I'd say you knocked off around 3 to 5 percent bodyfat...execllent work!

Now I'm sure some will disagree, but I think that since you're having so much success cutting you should continue in that mode. I know its tempting to just keep getting bigger and stronger, but its the ripped look that get ya laid!

Doesn't AS like test and d-bol, which aromitize easily, cause estrogenic fat deposits from the high estrogen levels in your body?

Crusher, I never had any symptoms of gyno. Had the nolva on hand but never used it. Another thing worth mentioning is that I used alot of gear for a long time but my dosages were not high.

Dbol up to 40mg ed (didnt like so went back to 30)
Test 500wk (125mg wk during cutting)
EQ 600 wk
Winny 50 ed
Tren 75, 37.5 ed (.5cc)
Anavar 30-40 ed
T-3 no more than 75 mcg
Clen (oxyflux) 5-7 tabs a day (oxy worked ok for me)
Deca 150-200 week

I got acne on my face, blood pressure got fairly high, liver enzymes are still a little high (AST 75), cholesterol a little high but nothing to worry about.
 
Fuck I wanna get back on the juice, Im having withdrawls. :( Anyways, thats some good progress bro
 
Hey thanks for all of the positive feedback!!! I am totally grateful for all of the info that I've gotten from this board! From gear, to diet, etc...

I'm back in school since the end of August and I work two partime jobs, so getting to the gym is a little harder, but I still manage o go about 6 days a week. For about 2 months prior to those pics I was going everyday, twice on Fri, Sat, & Sun. (cardio in morning, weights in afternoon, for a total of 10 workouts a week)

Here's the bad part, my diet is ALOT more strict now than it was then, and I am just maintaining, not growing or at least getting leaner. But no luck, I am just fighting to keep what I have. I will be doing a short bulking cycle in Dec, then back to a 16-20 week cutting cycle for the summer. I will keep you all posted.

Great progress bro.But be carefull with long term cycles.Go for 8-12 weeks max. 6 months at once on juice is a long time.Good luck
 
Fantastic transformation. Good job on the discipline of keeping your diet clean. That's pretty damn hard to do.

You look very good. And your arms look thick, but still have good shape, and we all know that's what's most important. :D

And good job shavin' off the hair... It looked out of control in the "before" pics. :fro:
 
LOL, everyone notices that. Actually they are gym shorts, but they are the same ones and yes I did change them, many times.
