Would drinking one light beer a week effect my fat loss? I am currently dieting and working hard to cut body fat and wanted to know if this could make it possibly worse. Thanks.

the problem with beer isn't just the unnecessary calories in that can, but way worse is the alcohol content.. alcohol is awful when you are trying to cut down fat.
what is the point of drinking 1 beer a week anyway? usually 1 beer turns into 3 or 4 beers
Alcohol is fine in moderation but it is not great for you. It is probably the worst thing you can put into your body in terms of your physique goals. It is an estrogenic, lowers testosterone levels and full of empty calories.
The 'beer belly' you hear about is 100% correct. A glass of wine here and there is fine but the less alcohol you consume, the better.
