Beef vs Veal

What is the difference (nutritionally speaking) between veal and beef ?

Which piece of meat do you buy ?

Since veal is a baby cow, logic suggests that veal would also be lower in creatine, zinc, iron and B12 than beef. Just a thought.

I don't eat veal, cuz I don't agree with the methods of harvesting the meat..... The meat could be harvested in a more humane manner IMO..... while cows are not necessarily harvested in the most humane manner either, I don't believe in force-feeding calves & keeping them confined so they don't move & get so fat they cannot hold their own weight....
