Beast

I work out 6 days a week rest when my body says to.

My meal plan looks something like this

630 am muscle juice protein shake

9 am 5-6 boiled eggs oatmeal and Greek yogurt

1130 chicken/steak/pork something green brown rice and sweet potato

2 tuna or salmon

330 workout and drink a muscle juice shake when done

6 usually same as 1130

9 cottage cheese or shake
 
I broke my cycle up and made it last 6 weeks, let me tell you i gained 21 pounds ,this was weighed with my birthday suit on.
 
radar did you only take beast on workout days.. thats how i was thinking of running it.. or something like that


i work out around 3pm and was thinking am, pre workout, post workout just on training days

so i work out 4x per week i was thinking if i ran it like that i could go 6 weeks easy
 
I have been getting a ridiculous pump in my lower back lately is this from the beast?? It happened yesterday when I did legs and again today playing basketball. I did back on Monday and went heavy on deadlifts.. It's almost so bad I just wanna lay down lol!
