I took 2 caps a day for the first week then 3 caps a day for the rest of the cycle. Pct was post cylce uleashed and form with hcgenerate while on. I shouldnt say I lost most of my stength gains but did lose some. Bench being the main one. I was 315 be before cycle and 370 on and I am at 330 now. I havent lost to much anywhere else but some. Don't get it twisted it though beast is the sh!t I am just not eating like I was when I was on cycle which is my fault.
