Hi. I am looking at BCAA's and EAA's in bulk. Which one should i get. Obviously the BCAA's have only 3 amino acids in it and contain a higher amount, (100% BCAA's). The EAA's have all of the essential amino acids, obviously including the 3 BCAA's, but not at a higher amount because it has the other essential amino acids. There pretty much the same cost.
1.Which would be better to buy and why?
I think if i go the eaa's im not missing anything, but if i go the bcaa's im getting it slightly cheaper and a higher dose of the bcaa's which have been proven to work. But not sure if i take a larger amount of eaa's to make up for same amount of bcaa's with extra aminos. Or whether id be overdosing on certain other amino acids if i did that. Also my diet would probably cover all the other eaa's which would make it pretty much useless anyway. so...
2. How much is too much?
And any thoughts on; amounts per day, b4 workout, after, during, 2:1:1 or 4:1:1 for BCAA's, etc
