BCAA ratio

They will pretty much all be 2:1:1 leucine, isoleucine, valine. If you are drinking whey protein or have an adequate diet, you don't need to supplement BCAAs at all.

The 'new versions' of 3-1-1 and so on are not that, if at all, much of an improvement.

my opinion is that they are a waste of $$$. spend your money on groceries instead
