Bands for dynamic bench???(endpoint check it)

This is a question to anyone who knows anything on the subject. Hey guys to all of you who have helped thank you soo much. I've seen my old posts on workouts and after seeing how westside benchers lift just one workout found out for myself that 350 reps of whatever won't get you stronger(that's what my old workouts consisted of). I plan to start my somewhat westside training monday. Sp bench/ max effort back/leg monday max effort bench wednesday Sp squat friday. I want to use bands on my dynamic bench day is this a good idea???? The thing is I went to elitefts.com and found 4 type of bands. Mini, flex, strong stretch, and i believe a deadlift one. It was recommended to me to use a pink one. Which one on there is the pink one???? I only see the color green. Thanx again to all. I've came over from the darkside (thinking like a BB).

for benching the bands to be used are the mini's. However, you are way too new at this to be using bands yet. Give it time. The bands are great but you really don't need them yet -- they will have you burnt out in about 2 weeks if you use them now. Your body is not ready yet.

Im with 1-dawg on this one.......not yet with the bands.
although im not quite sure about chains......i havent tried them yet...i still see myself as a beginnerand i dont want to burn out

just adding the concept of speed into my bench/squat training has changed everything for me.

I didnt realise how much speed effected the lifts.

just work with the routine as a bread and butter type thing.....then start adding different elements.

Don't worry about the bands just yet. Chains would be ok. But the bands are really hard on your body. I can only use them for 3 weeks out of 9, and I am a 450+ bencher.

Read Dave Tate and Louie Simmons' articles on the subject. They can be found all over the web or in issues of Powerlifting USA.

Hey thanx for all of your replys. The thing is I tried them out last night for a set of 3 lockouts not much weight on and I liked the feeling. So I was wondering on which type to invest on. Since I wanna do this right you guys let me know when I should incorporate on bands. Thanx.
Endpoint- we cool just wanted to let you know that I wasn't like pissed or nethin just wanted to get things straight.
