yeah, had mine done. It works. But it works better if your cut, they stay in place better. I personally have 2 rows of 4 8mm titanium balls. I'm not cut so I have to move them in a special way to get them to work. But they work. Might get two more put in under the head, where the foreskin attaches. THey tend to be more stable ther. Probably 10mm beads.
