yeah, had mine done. It works. But it works better if your cut, they stay in place better. I personally have 2 rows of 4 8mm titanium balls. I'm not cut so I have to move them in a special way to get them to work. But they work. :) Might get two more put in under the head, where the foreskin attaches. THey tend to be more stable ther. Probably 10mm beads.
