Balance Fighter's Is Getting Ripped For Summer Cycle Log

Bridge double dosed....Not sure if I am going to run on or in PCT. I ran HCGenerate on with good results before.

Right now I am about 218lbs and if I had to guess around 12-14 % body fat.

Goals 225 under 10% and I would be super stoked. When I was fighting I was 185 at 10% so that would be a huge difference for me. I have been lifting super heavy and haven't done any cardio in probably a year. I plan to stick in the 8-12 rep range when on this cycle with the occasionally going heavy on my big 3 lifts. I am going to be doing hiit training for my cardio at least 4 times a week.

Right now my bench is 335 was 365 when I was on beast dead is right around 500 was 545 when on beast. Even though strength is not my goal it be nice to get back to those numbers. I ran a workout log my last cycle and got a lot of good feedback so I am tempted to again. Just want to thank everybody at elite fitness and need2buildmuscle for the wealth of knowledge you shared and help getting me to the next level.

Oh a side note I might step up to ineluctable's this winter for a bulk. My girl has been really cool with everything and I don't want to push it at this point
 
Few days late starting the log. Cycle started the 1st. Nothing really to report yet bp was a little high tonight. Im going to pin that on the eca stack. I will be keeping an eye on it through out the cycle. Tomorrow is legs and cardio and I guess I will kick the log off with that.
 
Leg Day

So even though I worked all last night and woke right up and went to the gym had a pretty good workout and lots of energy.

15min of cardio was all I had time for. Felt good though. On a side not have been getting crazy heartburn from the pills. Anybody else had this problem?
 
WOW I feel like total crap. I literally almost feel asleep in the gym today. I dont know if I am just not taking well to the eca or its because I am half sick. Either way I think I am going to cut out the eca for now. I total kills my appetite and I am not getting enough food. I need to pick up some n2ks or something.

Arms

Pushdowns 4 sets x 12 reps at max weight

Hammer curls 4 sets x 12 reps 45lbs

Close grip bench 3 sets x 10 reps 225lbs drop set 185 x 10

lying cable curls 3 sets x 10 reps 80kg drop set 55kg x 10

Dips 4 sets 25 at bw

Overhead cable curls 4 sets x 80lbs each side 10 reps

No cardio didnt have it in me
 
I am also going to be changing my workout schedule up to look like this

day 3 off
day 4 shoulders
day 5 back
day 6 off
day 7 repeat or another off day not sure

Right now I am doing back and shoulder on the same day and I think its to much. I also have a day just for arms now that I am going to cut out. I will be adding a couple sets of arms in each day.
 
Did shoulder today. Had a good workout considering I went 30min after waking up. I think I am just going to take eca before workouts. Got a nice pump today too.

Diet has been clean but I am not getting enough food. For some reason it seems like I just cant find time in the day to get all my meals and shakes in. My work schedule doesnt help. Going to try and start cracking down more.

Chest. Strength is coming back around. I would really like to hit 375 at the end of the cycle. Had a good workout prob because I actually had some sleep.

Guess I spoke to soon about the cold. I woke up this morning and couldn't swallow. Going to take the day of from the gym. Which isn't a big deal I have worked at the last two days and stay home from work. Hopefully I kick this thing soon I am starting to get annoyed
 
i def prefer to use n2kts (sp250 before that). alot of nights i need that extra boost. then i use the crash to put me to sleep. otherwise i never sleep without it. just started melatonin seems to do nothing at 9 mg. nice work tho, hopefully that cold subsides soon. keep it up dude,
 
Turns out that I had strep throat. Because of the strep I broke out in these crazy hives all over the place. Not fun at all! So I got on some antibiotics and steroids from the doc and am feeling a lot better. The hives are still there and bothering me. Diet has been in the gutter lately just haven't been able to eat enough. Today was my first day back in the gym since Monday. All things considering had a pretty decent workout. Just did an exercise for each muscle part to get back in the swing of things. I was really surprised how light the weights felt. The time off prob didn't hurt me and I could have used it anyway been going pretty hard for the last four months or so. I decided to keep running the cycle. I lost a week pretty much but will see how it turns out
 
Went in and did legs today. I am still covered in hives which was an allergic reaction to the strep throat so I wasn't able to do any cardio or I would have been itching like crazy. My head wasn't really into. Just been frustrated that I got sick. Had a decent workout though and tried to do some super setting to make up for the lack of cardio
