Bad injection?

So i've done many pokes before but my last poke left some kind of stiff spot under the injection site in my left glute i'm not sure if it's an abcess or just a rough injection, all my other ones were completely fine, i have yet to have a fever to my knowledge so i doubt it's an infection of some kind

Not an expert but maybe you accidentally went a little fast sometimes the liquid if over accelerated can cause aggrivation no such thing as doing it to slow anyway good luck hope all is well
