Bad injection or just my gear?

Hey, i’m pinning 400mg test E 1/2 a cc e3d, i pinned my left quad on wednesday & i had average pip, no redness, just swelling & feeling SUPER knotty in my quad, it’s been about 5 days & it’s still a bit swollen, & when i bend it i feel a mean ass knot in the middle of my quad, around the injection site, could this just be bad pip that’s taking a while to go away? Or should i be concerned

I actually did it pretty high up on my quad though i’d say

there is little room for error in the quads and thats why i stopped using them.. this happens often to people pinning quads

Sounds like really bad pip. Have an epsom salt bath. It'll help relax the irritated muscle.

Pin glutes man. I hate pinning quads. Or try delts, pecs, lats, etc.
